Jeanne-Taylor Cooking (JTC) wants to bring back memories of time spent in your kitchen with your grandparent(s), parents, siblings, or any other important person in your life, whether it was cooking a meal or simply sitting down to enjoy it. Every click of the fire, sprinkle of spice, and twirl of the spoon is done with love here at Justine-Thyme Catering... just like Grandma would want it done! A young age marked the beginning of Executive Chef Olivia "Justine" James' culinary career. Olivia was born in Germany in the early 1990s, but has spent the majority of her life in Northern Virginia, where she currently resides. Olivia has a bachelor's degree in English literature from the University of Virginia. Spending every summer in the sweet southern state of Alabama, she drew her culinary inspiration from her Southern parents and grandparents, as well as from their love and respect for quality and tradition in their cooking. Chef Olivia spent a lot of time in the kitchen as a child, experimenting with different dishes such as ramen noodles, breakfast omelettes, spaghetti, and more. Later in life, she was able to pass on a few of those delectable traditions to her own daughter, who grew up with them. Chef Olivia is a graduate of Stratford University's Culinary Arts program, and she has turned her passion for cooking, combined with her culinary education, into a successful business! With the help of her home-based catering business, Olivia has been able to share her talent and delicious food with people all over the United States of America. By incorporating a contemporary twist into traditional southern dishes, customers can enjoy the best of both worlds.
