Customers from all over the world come to Katherine Elizabeth Events, a custom design company based in northern New Jersey that caters to their needs. We were founded on the belief that wedding stationery should not be ordinary, mass-produced, or routine; rather, we believe that wedding paper should have authentic personality. When it comes to events, we feel that invitations set the tone for the entire affair and have the ability to tell a beautiful tale. We take a couple's personality and the overall mood of their wedding and turn it into an heirloom-quality invitation that not only speaks to them, but also about them and their relationship. We are searching for couples that aren't content with following the crowd; who want to not only welcome their guests, but also to excite them. My interest in graphic arts and design spurred my interest in the wedding and stationery industry, which led to the start of my professional career. For my first few years of business, I collaborated with my family and friends to design one-of-a-kind wedding and shower invites for their most important life occasions. I had so much pleasure doing it that I began to think about it as a possible career option afterward. The idea for Katherine Elizabeth Events came to me one weekend, thanks to the encouragement of my friends and family, who persuaded me to start a business. With the success of my invitations, I expanded my services to include event stationery (programs, place cards, menus for receptions, thank you letters, and so on), allowing my clients' wedding "branding" to be carried throughout their whole event. After more than a decade of experience in the wedding industry, I feel myself to be somewhat of an expert in a variety of facets of wedding planning and design. I enjoy assisting clients in bringing their vision to reality, and I derive great satisfaction from knowing that, when it comes to their wedding paper, we have genuinely dotted all of the i's and crossed all of the t's on their big day. Not only do I offer bespoke design services, but I also offer guidance on etiquette and logistics. I'm a little bit preoccupied with the finer points of things, and I feel like I was destined for this line of work.
