Katie Branch

Greetings, our names are Tyler and Katie Branch, and we are photographers based in the Los Angeles area who work both collaboratively and individually. We've been photographing weddings professionally for more than ten years and have shot over 450 weddings in total during that time. Since then, we've had the opportunity to film in 19 different states across the country and 11 different countries around the world. We wanted to share a little bit about our wedding philosophy in the hopes that you will share our perspective on what is important in your wedding day. The passage of time has always been a powerful motivator for us to photograph weddings, and it continues to be so. As nostalgic individuals, we find ourselves looking back and wishing that we could go back in time and relive all of our favorite memories. Life is a gift that is both beautiful and precious, but it is also tragically brief. It's something we find ourselves wanting to put a stop to or slow down on a regular basis. We approach weddings through the lens of this perspective. We are deeply invested in this moment in your life and want you to be able to relive it from our point of view. Moreover, while the images are of primary importance, the experience you have with us is something we greatly value as well. Weddings are stressful enough as it is, so we take great pride in providing a relaxed and easy environment for couples to celebrate their union. We want you to be able to enjoy your day with the people who are most important to you, and we're constantly working to create an environment that fosters that feeling of happiness. When the dust has settled from the planning process and the wedding day, we hope that the images we capture will be passed down through generations. So that perhaps the passage of time will be more leisurely. Bringing you, as well as the people in your life, back to life in a significant way. The same old thing, year after year.
