Kelly Doonan Events

Kelly is the proprietor of Kelly Doonan Events as well as the company's principal designer. Kelly, who was born and raised in Houston, began her career in event planning while she was a student at the University of Texas at Austin, where she participated in many internships in the field. In addition, Kelly holds a Master of Science degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Houston's Conrad N. Hilton College, where she focused her studies on event planning while earning her Master's degree. Kelly is an adept at designing great events thanks to her sophisticated palate, her experience in successfully managing a diverse range of personalities, and her type A personality. Kelly likes to spend her leisure time participating in activities related to food, such as trying out new restaurants and cooking. In her spare time, she enjoys hanging out with her husband Drew and their French bulldog puppy, Jean-Georges. Abby was born in the Midwest but reared in Houston. She attended Texas Christian University, where she was the social chair for her sorority. It was then that she discovered her passion for event organizing. Abby is an extrovert by nature, and she quickly came to the conclusion that her enthusiasm for organizing events that people will never forget was something she could not ignore. Abby is extremely proud of her exceptional organizational abilities as well as her ability to maintain her composure in high-stakes situations. Abby enjoys spending time with her family, which includes her husband Johnny, their daughter Margaret, who is two years old, and their two dogs, Daisy and Bear, when she is not managing the logistics of transportation or double-checking the budget. Bri was born and raised in Houston, and she attended The University of Texas in Austin to further her education after developing a strong work ethic. Bri fell in love with travel throughout her time while pursuing her undergraduate education in another country. Today, her experiences gained during the years of globetrotting serve as inspiration for the indelible recollections that she assists her customers in forming. Bri is a firm believer that it is vitally important to cultivate positive relationships with her customers and to exude an air of calmness throughout the planning process. Bri enjoys going on adventures with her husband, Stephen, going to the pilates studio, and spending time with her gorgeous puppy, Lucy, when she is not developing timelines or modifying layouts.
