About Kelsey Gray Events
My name is Kelsey Gray, and I am a Certified Wedding Planner as well as a florist, and I have my own event planning business, Kelsey Gray Events, located out of Nashville, Tennessee. I am an expert in Nashville destination weddings and offer a variety of services that have been developed to assist you in the process of organizing your wedding from afar. When you combine event design, planning, organization, and floral services, you not only create an event that is visually stunning and harmonious, but you also make the most of the money you spend. Every wedding that I plan is one of a kind, just like the happy couple who is hosting it. We will collaborate to design an event that you and your guests will enjoy by including time-honored customs and fresh takes on old favorites. The weddings that take place in old mansions and sprawling country estates are among my favorites to attend. The Hermitage, Belle Meade, and Carnton are just some of the most breathtaking places I've ever been to. I'm also an expert when it comes to finding downtown locations for couples who prefer more of a traditional Nashville atmosphere, and The Noelle and Acme Feed & Seed are two of my personal favorites in this regard. Weddings held in platinum ballrooms are entertaining to watch on television, but I don't see myself having one. My clients typically have budgets that are low to moderate in size, and I will do everything in my power to accommodate their financial constraints.

- How much does it cost to work with you?
- All quotes are customized based on your specific needs. For planning, we'll do an initial consult for free. For flowers, my price ranges from $2,500-$8,000 for a wedding.
- Do you have a minimum spend for flowers?
- Yes. There is a minimum spend of $1500 for floral design, unless you are combining with a planning package.
- I'm going to do my own timeline, so I just need someone on site the day of the wedding to do my set-up and clean-up. Do you do that?
- The minimum planning package is month-of coordination, which includes the creation of the timeline and communication with vendors. Clients hire me because of my expertise planning and organizing events and all of the little details that go into that process.
