The first step is to get in touch with us. We'd be interested in hearing about your wedding plans! Filling out our contact form is the first step toward working with us. This provides us with basic contact information as well as the wedding date, location, scope, and vision. We'll get back to you as soon as we can, usually within 48 hours. Consultation is the second step. We'll set up a complimentary consultation time. This initial meeting can take place over the phone or in person. We'll ask you a few questions to get a sense of your personality, sense of style, and wedding dreams. You can have a specific flower in mind or have no idea what flowers are. That's fine! We'll collaborate with you to choose the color, style, and flower varieties that best complement and reflect you, your venue, and the season. For advice on how to prepare for your consultation, go here. Step 3: Make a proposal We'll take what we've learnt during the meeting and create a personalized proposal for your wedding flowers. It will include a description of the overall style, inspiration photos, a list of the floral elements required, and a cost estimate. Step 4: Make a reservation To proceed with scheduling Lark Floral for your wedding, we require a completed contract as well as a deposit to hold your date. Step 5: Concluding We can fine-tune your floral order once you've made a reservation with us. We'll finalize the arrangements and make a delivery plan for the big day 4-6 weeks before your wedding. The final payment is due four weeks prior to the wedding date.
