The name Lemon came about in the streets of Atlantic City, NJ. A neighborhood kid told our founder that his stomach was so big it resembled a lemon. From that point on, the name stuck and Lemon eventually became passionate about the food and beverage industry. Lemon has gained over 10 years of experience in the culinary field and has funneled that knowledge into a catering service that provides an unforgettable experience.
