Lisa's Boutique Catering will set up a complimentary 30-minute phone conversation to gauge interest in a possible client relationship. We will discuss your event, timeline, culinary features, and any prospective amplification - such as design, beverage construction, venue capability, and possible documentation - throughout these 30 minutes. We want to get to know you first and foremost, as important as the details are. A partnership with us should feel more like a developing friendship than a standard business transaction. Inspired by the fervor of Brooklyn's east coast sensibility and the sway of Charleston, South Carolina. Lisa cultivated her style among the women of the Sunday Dinner tradition, with her roots in community and experience formed by generational influence. She learnt flavor nuances and communication through various components as a result of this engagement. LBC's concept is based on gratitude, grace, and Zen, as inspired by mentor Sheila "Diane" Caballero, a model warrior and advocate. Lisa trained at the Art Institute of New York City under Chef Philippe Kaemmerle to improve her skills. Lisa's passion for community development through food is shown in her trajectory. LBC is the right backdrop to enlist deep, personal, heritage driven, and mindful community alignments because to Lisa's globe experiences, education, and apprenticeships.
