From Bat Mitzvahs to weddings, we cater milestone events. We'd be honored to be a part of your special occasion. When it comes to catering your special occasion, we can create sizes and tastes that aren't listed on our website. Founded in 2011, Livin' The Pie Life is owned and operated by two Arlington moms (Wendy MacCallum and Heather Sheire), who bake the way your mother did, or at least the way you hope she did. They run the company with a single goal in mind: to manufacture great pies. Pie has a long history of women cooking for their families using whatever ingredients they had on hand. Today, we keep that tradition alive by procuring locally whenever possible and preparing all of our pie crusts and fillings from scratch. We also believe that the best pie is one that is made with sustainable ingredients. Our tins, cartons, takeaway containers, bags, and forks are all compostable and recyclable. Pies can be kept in the refrigerator for 3 days or frozen for 2 months. Most pies (excluding "cold" pies like key lime and chocolate mousse) should be reheated before serving. We also recommend freezing, then defrosting and reheating your pie if you plan to serve it later than three days. “Absolutely the best pies ever! So good that I had Heather cater my wedding!
