When Crawford Pressley returned to his hometown of Columbia in 2003, he did so with the intention of introducing an innovative method to the catering industry. He envisioned the guests being happy and pleased by the meal that was supplied. Instead of serving merely as a prerequisite for the occasion, food would develop into an essential component of it. Crawford, during his 16-year tenure as owner, operator, and executive chef of the restaurant, brought to the table his meticulous attention to detail, passion for food, and high expectations for excellent service. The result is service of the highest quality and attentiveness, mixed with food that is a delight to consume. Loosh Culinaire has developed into a team of professionals who are responsible for supervising each of the essential aspects of a successful catered event, including the integration of the client's vision, the strategic planning and coordination, and, of course, the provision of excellent food, presentation, and service.
