- How many people from your team will be on-site during my event?
- There will always be at least 1 lead planner and 1 assistant for the first 50 guests on site during your wedding. There will be additional assistants added per 50 guests. There are also add on staff members you can add like Transportation Coordinators or Lady/Man in Waiting.
- Do I pay vendors directly, or will you handle payment coordination?
- All payments are made by the client. We set up an extensive budget sheet equipped with all of the details to keep your budget and payments on track. Your client portal is where you can view all of your invoices and paid receipts. Each month you are notified of which vendors to pay and when.
- Do you offer day-of wedding coordination?
- Yes. But we are hands-on with you far longer than just the day of. We call it "Guided Planning." This package allows you to do all of the planning yourself, but with the monthly guidance of an experienced planner. You will receive checklists monthly to keep you on track.
- Will you arrange and manage meetings with my other vendors?
- Yes. In our Full Service Planning Package only
