All orders are subject to the DESIGNER'S CHOICE and are dependent on the season's availability of the items. ***WE WILL MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO accomodate specific delivery time requests or changes, but we cannot guarantee it. When it comes to delivery, we have put in place the following procedures. After placing your arrangement in a secure location, our team will knock or ring the doorbell and then step back to a safe distance to complete the delivery. It is our policy to call or text the phone number provided if there is no answer in order to notify the Sender/Recipient that the delivery has been made. The Sender will be notified immediately if no one is home, and they will be given the option to either place the bouquet in a safe and shaded location or bring it back to our studio to reschedule for delivery the following day for an additional delivery fee. As a result of the ongoing freight/shipment restrictions/disruptions, our stock availability is limited. We have always worked very closely with our local growers, suppliers, and venders to ensure that you receive the freshest locally grown or imported product possible, so this will not have a significant impact on the majority of our customers' orders.
