Consider me to be your Fairy Godmother for all things calligraphy and stationery. I spend my days knee-deep in wedding protocol, printing timetables, and Post Office peculiarities so you don't have to. My mother still uses the Christmas place cards I created for the family in 1993, which was when I first fell in love with beautiful writing. And in 2012, after countless hours of practice, I offered to write the names on my best friends' wedding invitations to explore if calligraphy was something I'd be interested in doing as a career. After receiving a new stack of envelopes, I was hooked! I consider myself a lifetime student of the art and was initially self-taught. I have since continued to learn from some of the top experts in my profession. In order to make creating wedding invitations and calligraphy less of a bother and more of an enjoyable activity, my friend Genina and I founded Lowcountry Paper Co. in 2014. Lowcountry Paper Co. wouldn't be the success it is now without her, despite the fact that she has moved on to the fantastic team at Focus Lab. I really believe in surrounding yourself with brilliant individuals, and I think I have two of the most accomplished artists working with me right now. I'd love for you to get to know them!
