You won't believe this, but I wasn't always as chill as I am now... My AOL Instant Messenger screen name was DUHHHITSMOLLY, and at the age of 13, I was convinced that I was the most creative, interesting, and imaginative person on the entire planet. If the AIM handle is enough to turn you off, it is probably in your best interest to look for another photographer, because, to tell you the truth, I haven't become all that much more hip since then. On the other hand, my younger self, who was carrying around a Kodak point-and-shoot camera at the age of 13, would most certainly be SO JEALOUS of the 27-year-old version of me who gets to travel the country and photograph people who are astonishingly attractive and incredibly kind. Even though I may not be considered "cool" and "hip" in the same way as many of the other photographers out there, I am certain that I am capable of making you look REALLY GOOD in your photographs. Who cares if you're not cool if you can be the life of the party?
