At Monarch Weddings & Events, we tailor our services to meet the unique needs of your wedding or special event. Whether you're envisioning a full weekend of celebrations or need guidance for the final months leading up to your big day, we have a package to suit your vision: * The Emperors Full-Service Plus Package: Comprehensive planning for your wedding and an additional weekend event, covering every detail from start to finish. * The Monarch Package: A 12-month planning service to guide you through every step of the journey. * The Queen Package: Partial planning services starting 6 months before your event. * The Lady Package: A 3-month coordination For social events, soirées, or corporate gatherings, we promise meticulous planning, innovative ideas, and exceptional customer service. Our friendly, collaborative approach ensures clear communication, cost-efficient solutions, and creative strategies to meet your budget while delivering unforgettable results. Please note: During peak season (April–October), our minimum for events on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays is $4,500.

- What event planning services do you offer?
- Weddings, Rehearsal Dinners, Engagement Parties, Bar & Bat Mitzvah, Social (Birthdays), Anniversaries, Holiday Parties, Bachelorette, and Bachelor, Corporate, Holiday Parties, Baby Showers, Team Building, Graduation Party, any kind of event you can dream up, we do!
- Do you offer day-of wedding coordination?
- Our minimum package is 3 months of coordination. We believe coming in the day or week of an event creates unnecessary stress for both clients and planners. To ensure a seamless, stress-free experience, we invest time beforehand to make your day truly exceptional.
- Do I pay vendors directly, or will you handle payment coordination?
- You sign all vendor contracts and pay your vendors directly.
- Will you arrange and manage meetings with my other vendors?
- It depends on the level of service you contracted us for. If it's full service we arrange and attending the vendor meetings with you to ensure you are being guided along every step of the way.
