MOOI Weddings

Saskia Winter founded MOOI weddings when she followed the love of her life and moved from Amsterdam to San Francisco. Saskia has a Bachelors Degree in event production from the University of Nijmegen (The Netherlands). Equipped with a background as a festival, photoshoot and theater producer and having attended numerous weddings as a photography assistant, she could not attend one more wedding without wanting to jump in and save the day. In a way, weddings are small festivals, so Saskia's step to wedding planning was easily made. Besides running MOOI weddings, Saskia owns and runs PHOENIX, an event space in the East Bay. Here she throws numerous Bridal Showers, Baby Showers and Rehearsal Dinners, but also Dance Parties, Singer Song Writer’s Salons and Art Gallery Openings. DON'T MISS YOUR WEDDING DAY Let us take charge! We want you to have an awesome party and enjoy every part of it, without being distracted by all the details. We've done this before and we kind of have it down. FULL PLANNING This basically is the don't-worry-about-ANYTHING package. We make planning your wedding fun and exciting. All you need to do is make a few choices: Champagne or Cava, long or short dress, carnival act or accordion orchestra, you know, the important stuff. We take care of all the details and you can be involved as much or as little as you like. A LA CARTE PLANNING Most of our couples go for the Month Of package plus some. Only plan the enjoyable parts of the wedding (cake tasting? Yes please) and delegate the logistical headaches to us. You can add things like vendor coordination, design packages, budget help, BevMo order, or staffing services to your planning package at any time. MONTH OF COORDINATION This package is perfect for couples that have planned everything on their own, but need a coordinator to pull together the final details and run the event so they can enjoy their wedding day. We get hands on about a month before the wedding date, but offer referrals, handy planning tools and great planning advice through the entire planning process. Contact us for pricing and specifics.
