About New Leaf Catering

The American Culinary Federation Certified Executive Chef Scott Robertson presides over the kitchen of New Leaf Catering, which can be found in the middle of the wider Palm Springs area. New Leaf Catering is a provider of excellent meals. In 1988, Scott Robertson was hired on as the sous chef for the opening of The Ritz-Carlton in Rancho Mirage. Prior to that, he was the chef de cuisine at the Wyndham Palm Springs. He held the position of executive chef at the Indian Wells, Chaparral, and Avondale country clubs, as well as the position of executive sous chef at the Indian Ridge Country Club. At the beginning of the 1990s, he prepared meals at the Mission Inn in Riverside for former Presidents Carter, Reagan, Clinton, Obama, and Ford. Twenty years ago, he opened New Leaf Catering as a result of the skills he gained working as the executive chef at Eisenhower Medical Center and Heart Hospital of the Desert. The American Culinary Federation has awarded New Leaf with both gold and silver medals for their outstanding cuisine, among their many other accolades. The American Culinary Federation has bestowed upon Scott the title of Certified Executive Chef in recognition of his professional achievements in the kitchen.
