Ohms Designs is not your typical event planning company, in fact, we don’t even call ourselves an event company. We are a unique and innovative interior design company. We specialize in the interior design of large scale events including corporate galas, holiday soirée’s, and more! We offer full service and partial planning, meaning we are great team players and play nice with others. If you’re looking for something with depth or something that isn’t your typical “cookie-cutter” event? Then you’ve found us and we can’t wait to work with you! Ohms Designs was founded by designer Kim Ohms, a lover of the arts, music, and anything that goes against the norm. For over 35 years we’ve helped create one-of-a-kind events for all our clients taking into consideration every detail. Where do you want to be transported too? To create these unique experiences we have built great relationships with many well-known artists throughout Chicago and we love supporting them.
