WEDDING COORDINATON We'll meet with you on a regular basis in the weeks leading up to your wedding to help you finalize all of the details, such as creating a realistic, detailed timeline and program for the day, finalizing seating charts, communicating with your chosen vendors to ensure that they're all on the same page before they arrive at the venue, and taking care of any forgotten details. We will also be on hand during the festivities to ensure that everything runs well. We'll be there for you on your special day, taking care of all the tiny details that could cause you undue stress. We'll work with your vendors, keep things moving along the timeline, and deal with any problems that emerge throughout the day. Anything that can cause you or your loved ones stress might be shifted onto our shoulders. PARTIAL PLANNING This package includes Wedding Coordination as well as ongoing access to a bridal consultant for recommendations, advice, and direction as you plan your wedding. This differs from Full Service Planning in that you will not have scheduled biweekly meetings with a wedding planner who will speak with vendors on your behalf, attend meetings with you, and so on, but it is more flexible so you may reach out whenever you need help. FULL SERVICE PLANNING This service includes Wedding Coordination as well as an initial consultation meeting followed by biweekly meetings during which we will assist you with site tours, vendor selection, consultations, contracts, budgeting, design choices, etiquette, guest lists, and anything else that may come up during the planning process. We will also provide coordination on the day of your event to ensure that everything runs smoothly and that any unanticipated items are handled for you.
