Since 1976, we have proudly offered our discerning social, corporate and non-profit clientele the highest level of full service hospitality. Our family-operated business comprised of Paul, Evan and Brett takes pride in providing each client with an outstanding level of service. Whether a simple delivery or an outrageous gala. Paul Evans operates out of a 5,000 square ft. cooking and production kitchen in Island Park, NY. Our catering services are available throughout the tri-state area, including the east end of Long Island.
