Pedigo Photography

Hi, I'm Chase, the company's owner and chief photographer. An opportunity of a lifetime in 2007 served as the catalyst for everything. I was a UH junior - Go Cougars! My photography professor approached me after class. I had been selected to serve as the Astros' summer photo intern. It was a trial by fire! I went from doing final exams to being in the company of my heroes. It was humble to shoot with Pulitzer Prize photographers. I was wrong about all I thought I knew. I had the good fortune to work as a wedding photographer's assistant in Houston that summer. I very well recall that first wedding. Shooting a wedding has incredible energy, emotion, passion, and creativity! I drove silently home. At age 21, I knew what my purpose was. I made the decision to skip entering "the real world" after graduating and instead dedicated myself to wedding photography full-time. The going was difficult. It's more difficult to launch a photography business than to sell ice to an Inuit. Friends expressed anxiety about my professional decision. Heck, I was worried about my profession decision! I was motivated to work harder by it. spent a huge amount of time perfecting the trade. In a very short time, my weekends were completely booked with weddings. To say that I enjoy my work would be an understatement. I am motivated by the anticipation of the next spectacular image.
