The year 2020 has altered the wedding landscape! People are having far smaller weddings than they had anticipated, and we want to make sure your special day runs flawlessly! Following the reduction of your guest list, you may discover that having a day-of coordinator present at your tiny wedding is no longer necessary. The Timetable & Vendor Coordination package includes a face-to-face (or virtual) consultation in which we organize your wedding events into a day-of timeline, and then we will coordinate with your suppliers two weeks before the wedding takes place. We will include their arrival timings, any equipment they may require to perform their duties (a chair and table for the DJ, a cake stand for the cake, etc.), and contact information for the day of the event in your timeline.
