Planning a major life event can get overwhelming. You're so excited to get to work on making that secret Pinterest board you’ve been working on for several months turn to reality. But where to start? Let’s face it, a ring on your finger doesn’t magically turn you into a wedding planning expert. On top of everything we have to do on a daily basis do you really have time to plan your event alone? Your wedding will be one of your largest investments you make as a couple, both in time and money. On average a couple spends over 400 hours planning their wedding; are you able to go ahead and spare 400 hours sweating the details of a wedding? No? Well, that’s ok as I can help! I know you are busy; I know your time is valuable, and you only get one shot at a dream wedding. While it is a big decision, deciding to go with a wedding planner will hands down be the best decision you can make for your wedding and your sanity! - What event planning services do you offer?
- I offer everything form Event Management to full wedding weekend. All our couples are different and often do not fit in a package so we first like to connect over a discovery call to discuss what the vision for your wedding is and get you a proposal that is completely custom to your specific needs.
- Do you offer day-of wedding coordination?
- I offer Event Management which is much more robust and beneficial than day-of coordination. This will still allow you to focus on planning all the details independently but with access to a pro planner throughout the process and to take over as the wedding draws closer.
- Will you arrange and manage meetings with my other vendors?
- Absolutely, Depending on your exact needs I will help you research, quote, compare and book vendors as well as manage all the vendors prior to and on the wedding day.
- Do I pay vendors directly, or will you handle payment coordination?
- I absolutely have you pay all your vendors directly. I believe very strongly that honesty and transparency is the best policy and I will help you with the contracts, and tracking payments but your always presented with contracts and invoices from your vendors directly so you know the true costs.
- How many people from your team will be on-site during my event?
- This depends highly on the number of guests, amount of set up, number of locations, and other factors. At a minimum you can always expect your lead planner and an assistant to be on site for your wedding.
