- MY VENUE HAS AN EVENT COORDINATOR. DO I NEED TO HIRE A DAY OF COORDINATOR?
- Yes! Having a venue coordinator is fantastic. But in most cases they will only help coordinate items related to the venue (catering menus, delivery times, etc.). Your day-of wedding coordinator will help with ALL the details and make sure absolutely everything happens according to plan.
- CAN WE HIRE YOU FOR AN EVENT OUTSIDE OF TAMPA BAY?
- Yes, we can help with an event anywhere. While our main market and area of expertise is in Tampa, FL and the surrounding areas, we love to travel for weddings anywhere people are getting married! This is an especially great option for day-of coordination services. Travel charges do apply.
