Poppy Floral is a small, private floral shop that specializes in weddings and special events. Our focus on top quality blooms, customizable packages, and careful customer service has made Poppy Floral one of the most sought after wedding floral studios in the area, with over a decade of expertise managing wedding florals throughout the Boston area. Poppy Floral is delighted to welcome you! Despite the fact that our weddings have become larger and more elaborate over the years, it's still a tiny boutique studio owned by me – Meghan! Years ago, I started my business out of my house and discovered that working with flowers and creating stunning creations for my couples was the ideal fit for me. I'm passionate about all things design, floral, and simply making others happy! Using my design skills to produce floral art with my own hands, as well as taking some wonderfully vague suggestions from my clients (pink and romantic - yes!). I'm honored to be a part of the process of creating a wedding day that speaks to them (rustic greenery but still elegant — great!) and producing a wedding day that speaks to them. I'm also not opposed to dressing up a few of 'flower-dogs'! All of my weddings are priced using industry standard models to account for the necessary numbers and flower varieties to properly accomplish each client's desired concepts. I normally recommend budgeting $150+ for low centerpieces, $400+ for tall centerpieces, $250+ for bridal bouquets, and $120+ for bridesmaid bouquets due to escalating floral and labor prices. Larger structures and custom installations often start at $1,500. Because many Boston venues have strict load-in and load-out policies, most flower deliveries will incur a 25% delivery and break-down cost.
