Premier Chef Services has a professional team of chefs with a combined 40 years of experience in the food industry. All PCS chefs are highly trained and have vast experience in fine dining, large-scale catering, and private chef services in the home. For all occasions, PCS chefs use only the highest quality local, seasonal ingredients. All dishes use seasonal fruit, seafood, livestock, and other specialty foods from Martha's Vineyard. We are grateful to reside in an area where we can access such a diverse range of local products, and we enjoy sharing them with our customers. Local fishermen and farmers are our friends, and we are delighted to buy their produce and provide it to you.
