RIS Catering

Chef/Owner, RIS LACOSTE, has created an upscale neighborhood restaurant that serves seasonal American cuisine. RIS is located in the heart of the neighborhood. In the heart of Washington, DC's WEST END NEIGHBORHOOD, the Research Institute of Science and Technology (RIS) is housed. In order to accommodate our customers, RIS is pleased to provide dine-in, take-out, and delivery options. Our menus feature a rotating selection of soups, salads, and freshly baked breads, as well as a variety of wines available by the bottle and handcrafted cocktails ready to be shaken or stirred to your heart's content. Please notify us if you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, or if you are celebrating a special occasion. Thank you! The culinary expertise and well-deserved reputation of chef-owner Ris Lacoste will be available for you to use at your next special occasion. We are currently available for drop-off catering, zoom dinners to multiple locations, and individual office lunches due to COVID's limited staffing. At this time, there are only a few service options available on site, and there are no chef services available. We anticipate returning to full catering service in the near future.
