Philip Romano, a well-known restaurateur, opened Rosalie's Cucina in 1995 as a tribute to his sister Rosalie. It was constructed in true Tuscan design. Executive chef Marc Albino currently owns and runs Rosalie's, which has received recognition in numerous magazines and been highlighted on national television's "Dining Around." At The Sinclair of Skaneateles, we only offer personalized catering by executive Chef Marc for bigger events like weddings. Although Executive Chef Marc Albino will personally be involved in planning and preparing your bespoke menu, Rosalie's is famed for its Classic Northern Italian food.
