Rosemary & Roux is pleased to have female business owners as its leaders. Ashley Keifer and Chef Katie Cox met while working together in a nearby restaurant, and they have since become close friends in addition to being partners in business. New Orleans-born Chef Katie Cox is the founder, executive chef, and lead coordinator of Rosemary & Roux. At the age of 11, she started working in a diner, but her mother, a chef, gave her the essential training she needed at home in the second grade. She developed her skills throughout the years while working in both "front of house" and "back of house" roles in restaurants all over the United States. She has had the good fortune to receive mentoring from a wide variety of chefs and business experts both at work and in her personal life. Do you require assistance for coordination?
