Roti Rolls was one of the first food trucks in Charleston to hit the streets when it was founded in 2010 by Cory Burke. Every year since, Roti Rolls has won the award for Best Food Truck in Charleston. Cory collaborated with Alton Ankersen in 2016. Since that wonderful day, Roti has grown to include Atlanta! We offer specialty catering in Charleston and Atlanta for weddings, business events, birthdays, and pop ups in addition to selling our great food on the streets. What about music? We concur! Additionally, you may find the truck selling roti at music and art festivals as it travels the nation. Your roti will be the freshest around because we purchase local, seasonal ingredients from South Carolina vendors. For us, this is a way of life, not just a slogan. We have a lot of respect for the farmers in our area. We at Roti Rolls are fortunate to have enduring friendships with local farmers and fisherman, whom we regard as members of our family.
