We are able to construct arrangements for a wide variety of events, including the most private of dinners, the most spectacular of weddings, the most joyous of holiday parties, and the most significant of business gatherings. Jessie Weidinger gave the firm that she founded in the field of floral design the name Herman Rountree Illustration after her grandpa, Herman Rountree, an outstanding Illustrator who was born and raised in Rhode Island. Jessie, who comes from a family of painters and is an artist in her own right, has moved her talent away from the canvas and into the garden as well as the world of flower design. She makes works that investigate the various hues, joys, and complexities that may be found in the natural world. Jessie has an extensive education in the arts, having graduated from the University of Vermont with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History and Painting. She had a successful career in television production after relocating to New York in 1999, but ultimately decided to focus all of her efforts on floral design instead. Before she started her own floral design company, she was fortunate enough to get experience working for a number of the most reputable firms in the city. Jessie's dynamic design abilities, strong work ethic, and contagious love of flowers helped Rountree Flowers become a respected presence in the New York floral design industry almost immediately after it was launched. Jessie drew inspiration for her designs from the gardens that her mother maintained in Rhode Island.
