I'm here to assist you strike the right balance between all of the aspects that go into making an event successful and enjoyable. WEDDINGS A complementary introduction meeting kicks off the planning process. This meeting allows us to discuss your wedding vision, get to know one another, and talk about your budget. From there, we'll devise a strategy that works within your budgetary limits while incorporating the aspects you want to make your Big Day memorable. Sara Cavallon Celebrations has a variety of services to offer: Week of Wedding Coordination or Complete Wedding/Event Services. We provide a week of wedding coordination as part of the Classic Vintage package. This allows you, the customer, to pull together all of the specifics while a creative professional handles the practicalities. I'll create the day-of itinerary, handle the rehearsal details, and oversee the actual event. Here, I work closely with your vendors to ensure that all of the elements you planned come together in a stunning and memorable way. I work with you on every detail of your event, including developing a budget sheet and monitoring the rehearsal and wedding arrangements, as part of the Modern Luxe package. We schedule and attend wedding-related appointments with you in order to help you select vendors and plan the event. There will be no stone untouched, and I will be there with you every step of the way to ensure the event's success. CELEBRATIONS Birthday parties, graduation parties, and corporate events are all occasions for celebration. I am certain that significant events such as this require undivided attention and dedicated personnel to ensure their success. In your hurried life, I offer event planning services that will make your loved ones feel special and honored at these significant occasions. With experience designing a wide range of events, I bring a creative eye to even the tiniest celebrations, ensuring that your vision for the day is realized. IN ADDITION As a bride and groom, I understand how busy you are with everything, including your everyday life, which seems to be placed on pause as wedding planning begins. I provide additional services to relieve you of some of the stress. Groom's Day Out, Bride's Day Out, Additional Dinners, Bridesmaids Luncheon, Farewell Brunch, and Rehearsal Dinner are just a few of the services available. For those who need a little help and the advice of an expert, I also charge an hourly consulting fee.
