- What event planning services do you offer?
- Sarah Collins Events offers full-service planning, partial planning, and wedding day management. From design and vendor coordination to final logistics, we tailor each experience to your needs—so you can relax and enjoy every moment of your celebration.
- Do you offer day-of wedding coordination?
- Yes, we offer Day-Of Coordination, also known as Wedding Day Management. We step in 4–6 weeks before your wedding to finalize details, confirm vendors, create your timeline, and manage the entire day—so everything runs smoothly and you can be fully present.
- Will you arrange and manage meetings with my other vendors?
- Yes! As part of our Full-Service Planning, we handle all communication, scheduling, and meetings with your vendor team. For Partial Planning, we assist with key vendor coordination based on your needs. Either way, we ensure every detail is aligned and every meeting is purposeful.
- How many people from your team will be on-site during my event?
- The number of team members on-site depends on the size and complexity of your event. Typically, you'll have one lead planner (Sarah) plus 1–2 assistant coordinators to ensure everything runs smoothly. For larger weddings or multi-location events, we may bring additional support.
