'Farm to Table' is the operating philosophy of Saveur Catering. The phrase "Farm to table" refers to the belief that food is fresher, more environmentally conscious, and community-minded the shorter the distance and fewer hands it travels. We bring you regionally grown food straight from the growers, whether they are small-scale Louisiana farmers or family-run farms throughout the South. Our dishes are prepared by Chef Melissa Araujo and her outstanding group of restaurant-trained chefs using lovely seasonal ingredients obtained from regional farmers and craftsmen in Louisiana and the South.
