Our Personal Narrative Scott's entrepreneurial spirit can be seen in everything he does, from his work to his hobbies. After working in the theater and as a live television producer, he decided to start his own business in 1988 as an event coordinator. His previous experience in the production industry made the transition into event production relatively simple. In addition to growing up surrounded by incredibly talented grandmothers and aunts who loved to prepare incredible meals, his family had been in the restaurant business for generations. Food One of Scott's goals is to create memorable events that incorporate innovative multi-sensory uses of taste and aroma to enhance the overall experience. Scott Roeb Catering's mission is to provide extraordinary cuisine, incredible presentation, and unrivaled service to their customers. Scott Roeb Catering is currently in operation at a number of locations throughout the Los Angeles area, as well as serving as the exclusive caterer for Temple Judea in Tarzana.
