ABOUT US Bilal and Sheila Burki founded Sheila Burki Designs, a company that specializes in event design. This husband and wife team began in 2011 and has since grown to a full scale event production company with 12,000 sq feet of inventory. SBD has the inventory and personnel to put on up to 15 events per weekend, if necessary. Our team includes a staff of custom fabrication welders, Texas Certified florists, high level construction services and of course event designers. We can create custom centerpieces, stage designs, furniture pieces, mandaps, and fresh floral arrangements to fit your needs and your budget. We take great pride in our new and innovative custom design work, as well as our excellent customer service and commitment to making each and every client who works with us completely satisfied with the end product. For our in-person appointments and private collection viewings, we make every effort to preserve the best and most exquisite designs possible. Decor Items that have been damaged or lost The responsibility for any items received after your event's tear down that are damaged or lost will fall on your shoulders. The value of each item will be assessed by Sheila Burki Wedding Decor. ​ Changes to the order of your events Any changes requested by our clients will be accommodated to the best of our ability, subject to availability of the requested changes. Please let us know as soon as possible if the desired item has not already been reserved so that we can make the necessary changes for you prior to the event.
