Simply Sweet Berkshires

Hi! My name is Sydney, and I'm the owner and founder of Simply Sweet. The Berkshires are where I was born and reared. As a young kid, I began my love for all things sweet in the kitchen with my grandmother, preparing Italian cookies. Those tiny cookies sparked an interest in me, and I've been baking ever since.​ In 2012, I started working for a local bakery in town as a professional baker. This led me to the Culinary Institute of America in 2014, where I studied Baking and Pastry Arts. After that, I moved on to work in a few bakeries on the East Coast to gain experience in the hopes of one day launching my own.​ In the year 2017, Simply Sweet was born! I adore making a variety of sweets and trying out different tastes, concepts, and designs. Whether your occasion is large or little, simple or lavish, I would be delighted to bring your dessert dreams to life! When it comes to sweets, I feel the possibilities are unlimited... let's be creative!
