- How many bartenders do you provide per number of guests?
- We generally recommend 1 bartender per 50 guests to keep lines moving and service smooth. For larger events, we add additional staff so everyone gets their drink quickly.
- Do you offer mocktails or non-alcoholic cider options for family-friendly events?
- Absolutely! We love crafting mocktail menus, sparkling lemonades, and local Maine apple ciders so every guest—no matter their age—has something special in hand.
- Can your team handle multiple drink stations at large events?
- Yes—we can set up two or more bars if your venue allows. This works especially well for weddings, festivals, and events with separate spaces for cocktail hour and reception.
- What space and utilities does your drink catering service need?
- Our mobile bars are self-contained, but we’ll need a flat surface to set up on and ideally access to water and electricity for certain cocktail equipment. We can adapt for outdoor and remote locations, too.
- Are there seasonal price changes for summer or winter events?
- Pricing stays fairly consistent, but peak summer weekends tend to book faster, so we recommend booking early to secure your date. Winter events sometimes have special rates depending on the location and size
