Son Of A Bun is a food truck based in Los Angeles, California, that was founded by Mobi Munch in April 2013. It is sometimes all that is required in a complicated and fast-paced world to consume fresh, real food. In order to provide you with the freshest tomatoes, crispest lettuce, and a depth of flavor you won't find in a cellophane wrapper, we source locally and sustainably grown ingredients whenever possible. In the same way that we do not take steroids, we do not eat animals that have. We use only fresh meat, never frozen, that is cut and prepared by hand. Your taste buds will be doing jumping jacks, and your stomach will be happier than a pig in mud after you eat something from us. Our concept is fairly straightforward: Choosing your protein is the first step. Choose from freshly hand-pressed burgers, 24-hour marinated all-natural chicken, or grilled hot dogs that snap when you bite them. Second, decide on a design style. Because we like to keep things interesting and never get stale, we alternate between our special sauces and high-quality toppings in between freshly baked buns on a regular basis. And don't forget about our SOB fries, which are crisped to perfection and tossed in a special blend of spices before being served. The menu is completed with cole slaw and our seasonal salad, which is made with fresh tomato, mozzarella, and basil, among other ingredients.
