Patricia Kiernan, a native Jamaican who has honed the art of Caribbean cuisine through family recipes passed down through the years, owns and operates Stir It Up Cuisine.​ Patricia's Sweet Heat Pepper Jellies include the scotch bonnet pepper, which is commonly used in Jamaican jerk dishes. For their perfect balance of sweet heat, they've been featured on television and in local publications. Sweet Heat Pepper Jelly is available in six variations and may be ordered online for delivery or pickup in Weymouth or Milton. A pepper jelly cheese torte is also available for pickup. Her pepper jelly can be used in a variety of ways in the cooking. Enjoy Patricia's Caribbean menu, which features a combination of island foods such as stews, spicy Jamaican curries, and rice & beans with African influences.
