Stoked Pizza Company's pizza is built on a foundation of methodically analyzing the ingredients and processes utilized to create our favorite classic pizza varieties and emphasizing the characteristics of each in what we manufacture. We are influenced by the delicate, fresh-flavored pizza made in Naples, Italy, as well as the bold toppings with plentiful char found in New Haven and New York's best pizzerias. We desire a delicate and light interior crust with a crisp outer shell that can hold up on its own. We want an explosion of flavor from our components and topping combinations. We use incredibly hot ovens, as well as highly researched dough formulas, tomato types, and cheese blends, to achieve this, sparing no expense and taking no shortcuts. Stoked has teamed up with Lilliput Farms in Wareham, Massachusetts, to continue this legacy. They grow organic produce for us using seeds we found on excursions to Italy's Campania region. To avoid freezers, preservatives, and processed foods, ingredients are brought to each Stoked site seven days a week. At the end of each growing season, new tomato and olive oil crops from across the world are compared to ensure that we have the best delectable sauces and salad dressings available anywhere. We take extra precautions to guarantee that guests with vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free dietary restrictions can have a top-notch dining experience at Stoked.
