Stretch Tent is a women-owned stretch tent rental company in Los Angeles, creating outdoor spaces for weddings, private parties, corporate events and festivals across Southern California. Our Bedouin-style canopies bring sculptural curves, soft light, rain cover and sun shade to gardens, estates, courtyards and outdoor venues. Flexible fabric takes shape through tension, poles and anchored edges. Choose an open canopy for ceremonies, dining or cocktails; lowered edges for a more sheltered lounge; or linked canopies for separate reception, dining and hospitality zones. We plan the configuration around your venue, guest flow and event layout. Three setup options make planning clear: installed tent rentals from $2,000; tent with event flooring from $7,000; and a full setup with flooring and your chosen interiors from $10,000. Final pricing depends on tent size, site and scope. Interiors can include ceremony seating, dining tables and chairs, cocktail areas, soft seating, a dance floor or a covered stage and DJ area, with lighting and sound in the agreed scope. We handle tent planning and 3D layouts, delivery, professional installation and removal, coordinating with your event team. Permit coordination and event insurance can be arranged, and California fire-certified canopy material documentation is available for venue review. Our story began in Ukraine.
