Studio RM Pricing
Studio RM creates custom proposals for every client based on scope, scale, and location. We take on a limited number of events each year to ensure a high level of care and creativity. Every proposal is tailored – from concept to execution – and reflects the vision, logistics, and level of production required. We specialize in full-service planning and creative direction. Partial planning or month-of coordination is not offered at this time. To maintain quality and intention, we recommend reaching out 8–12 months in advance for wedding requests.

- Studio RM provides full-service event planning, design, and creative direction. We handle everything from early concept development to day-of production, including styling, guest experience, vendor coordination, logistics, and more. Whether it’s a private dinner or a multi-day destination celebratio

- We don’t follow templates—we follow intuition. Our approach is rooted in design, hospitality, and emotion. Every event is imagined from scratch and built around feeling, timing, and atmosphere. We value discretion, edit carefully, and lead with taste.
- Do you offer day-of wedding coordination?
- We specialize in full-service planning and creative direction only. That means we’re with you from start to finish—no templates, no handoffs, just thoughtful, high-touch guidance every step of the way.
- Do you plan events outside of New York?
- Yes. While we are based in New York, we work globally. Studio RM produces events in the Hamptons, Los Angeles, Mexico City, Paris, Lake Como, and beyond. Travel fees and logistics are scoped based on project location.
- How far in advance should we reach out?
- For weddings and larger celebrations, we recommend reaching out 8–12 months in advance. For intimate gatherings or brand moments, a shorter lead time may be possible depending on availability.
