Hello, my name is Leslie, and I am a huge fan of everything sweet, especially ice cream! Although some newborns are born with a silver spoon in their mouths, I was born with an ice cream spoon in mine! Literally! My mother was pregnant with me when she developed an unhealthy obsession with the ice cream sundaes served at Dairy Queen. She freely admits that she went there nearly every week in order to indulge in the rich ice cream, piping hot chocolate sauce, and fluffy whipped cream. It's possible that she went a little bit too far, which explains why I'm so obsessed with this topic. In point of fact, one of the most cherished memories I have from my childhood is of me sitting on my father's lap while we both ate a half gallon of vanilla ice cream from a giant kitchen spoon. Even a home video camera was there to record the event. My family has always had a soft spot in our hearts for ice cream.
