This will ensure availability and aid us in providing better service to you. Tasting Boxes are now available for delivery right to your door. It includes all six of our current flavors. At this time, we do not offer in-person tastings. It all started with a $600 Nintendo cake quote from a well-known Baltimore luxury bakery. I couldn't afford it, even if it was well worth it, so I decided to make it myself. After one cake decorating class and a few YouTube tutorials, I had made a masterpiece; well, not really, but my friend loved his cake, and I was hooked. I started learning how to bake and decorate cakes on my own. Later, I realized that I wanted to learn more about pastries in general, so I enrolled in Anne Arundel Community College's Baking and Pastry program. I learnt not only how to make cakes, but also how to make chocolates and confections, biscuits, and breads while I was there. I jumped right into work after finishing my program. I learned and honed my pastry chef talents in a variety of bake shops and restaurants in the DC Metro area. When I'm not making edible art, I'm with my husband John, our two little daughters Camryn and Torrei, our cat Doobie, and our goldfish Caillou. We are excited to collaborate with you to design the perfect centerpiece for your forthcoming event.
