A wedding coordinator can be a blessing from the wedding gods for couples who plan their own wedding and need assistance on the wedding day! Rather than a “day-of” or “month-of” coordinator, I am available for the entire wedding planning process as a resource and guide. Once the majority of the planning is complete, we will work together to create a detailed timeline for the wedding day. I then create customized schedules for the bridal party, family members, and vendors. During the final weeks leading up to the wedding, I will reach out to all vendors and confirm all plans and schedules. Once the wedding weekend arrives, you are free to enjoy your big day stress free! I attend, and can facilitate, the wedding rehearsal. Wedding day coordination begins with hair and makeup and my day doesn’t end until the last guest heads home. In between I will implement the timeline, as well as oversee all aspects of the day- from vendor set up, photo sessions, ceremony cues, speeches, to packing up the presents and ensuring all guests depart safely. I also maintain a wedding day emergency kit that will be available the entire day. This leaves you to relax, marry your best friend, and enjoy your day!
