Temperance arose from the founders' eclectic tastes in design, antiques, outdoor parties, and specialty cocktails. We have a sweet fleet of trailers that have been painstakingly renovated to serve as mobile bartending locations. We'd be delighted to assist you in planning a truly unforgettable and unmistakably one-of-a-kind wedding, birthday, festival, business event, wrap party, photo session, or pop-up experience of any type. The Southside is an 18-foot 1969 Airstream Caravel that will be completed in Spring 2021. The Caravel is a modest Airstream by Airstream standards, yet many collectors consider it to be THE definitive original Airstream model. She is, nevertheless, large enough for three bartenders and is ideal for occasions with more than 100 attendees. Our Tequila Sunrise is as bright as a summer day at the beach, and she spreads a retro-cute party mood wherever she goes. The Sunrise, a HappierCamper with 1960s design roots, was born in California and can dress up for a black-tie affair or down for a kids' ice cream carnival. She also loves to make a corporate marketing statement with a vehicle wrap. The Bees Knees, which was built in 1938 and is as cute as a button, is from San Antonio. She's covered in macramé, with lace-patterned bar counters on three sides and a canvas canopy across the top, and she's the epitome of BoHo elegance. Bees Knees, our smallest trailer, can offer cocktails, mimosas, coffee, dessert, or anything in between!
