Catering Buffet Menu These menus are intended to be "One-Entree" buffets with the opportunity to add additional food items as you see fit, starting at $12 per person. Every item on the "Catering Buffet Menus" is served with dinner bread and butter, a house or Caesar salad, and your choice of two sides. The goal is to provide good cuisine at fair rates without pressuring the consumer to buy something they don't want or can't afford. Don't get me wrong, we want you to order as much as you want, but watch out—once you start adding extra sides, specialty salads, pasta, dessert, and especially appetizers, you could easily spend upwards of $35–$40 per person. We're sure to have something for every taste and budget with such a wide selection of diverse culinary items!
