Born and raised in Los Angeles, California by way of a small town in Belize — Justin Payne, owner and lead designer of The J. Madison Design firm, takes pride in his efforts to change the ‘image’ of what traditional floristry is and what the idea of a florist looks like. As a child of immigrant parents, his goal to create a legacy in not only his family for generations to come; but in the floral industry, is apparent in each and every arrangement he creates. As a true conceptual designer; his work has no value without a story, meaning, or true emotion behind it.
