Our goal is to elicit a response from all of the senses. Alisa Smalls grew up in a little town in rural South Carolina. Growing up on a farm with a loving family, she never imagined her life would include creating stylish florals and event decor for some of life's most memorable occasions. Her passion of fashion, interior design, and creativity did not allow her to continue in Corporate America after getting an MS degree in Health Administration. Perfect Creations was born as a result. Alisa and her team have been designing lavish events with styled florals for spectacular customers that value luxe designs, gorgeous locations, art, international travel, and bespoke events that commemorate life's milestone events and achievements for the past fifteen years.
